Who is your all time favourite James Bond? Sean Connery, Roger Moore or Pierce Brosnan?
I would have too say that mine would be Sean Connery :yup:

to be honest, I feel he did Ian Flemming’s character the most justice… he is the most accurate of all of the actors in every way to Flemmings’ Bond
My personal favourite is peris brosnon but thats just me i bet no one else wll agree 
and yes you are missing one Timothy Dolton he only did one or two ratehr bad bond films but he’s still a bond
sean connery of course, he has class and style of 50’s or was it 60’s

just thought any guy who is scotiish and can pull off being a brittish agent had to get my vote. in fact i still think he is very sexy today even
I have to say Sean Connery - I agree with Svetlana that he is closest to the character in the novels.
Although I always felt that a fairly close match to the character is through combining George Lazenby and Sean Connery!
Bond in the novels was not an indifferent Playboy so mockingly portrayed by Roger Moore.

Moore was as much bond as Connery was.
I think the next bond should be Ryan Reynolds (Van Wilder, Foolproof, Blade Trinity)
he’s a good canadian boy with lots of “smoooooov” charisma.. perfect for bond.
Ok- the next Bond ought to be more like Connery’s character than Brosnan’s imho to retain the true nature of what Flemmings intended for 007…
- he must smoke. :kos: I know, some of you will disagree (as brosnan does). But Bond smoked! It dates him to that era of the swinging 50s and 60s. It is a bad habit (of which Bond has many bad habits ). He is never afraid to look death in the eye… in short, he’s a smoker
- he must not get so close with his leading ladies! Bond NEVER falls in love. He becomes enchanted with women, yes… but never in love. It goes back to the original Flemming’s book and a personal situation Bond was once in when he lost a woman he loved… so, Bond is REAL… he must be true to those personal problems… no more lovie crap pls!
Oh- I think Scottish actor Gerard Butler would make a fantastic Bond, and he is supposedly among those being highly considered…

I hoped Brosnan would take over after Moore but unfortunatly he had to wait a few years for his chance.
I voted for Connery anyway cos´ for me he was the original/first one to portray 007 & first impressions last!

Technically David Niven was the first James Bond but it doesnt seem to count as a “real” bond movie although its Bond and a Ian Flemming novel
Sean Connery is best.
But Pierce Brosnon did the best movies.
So, those two.
The other two guys suck. Well, I dont like James Bond concept in general. What the crap? Super guy with silly little uber gadgets, knows everything, gets out of all situations. As a comedy - awesome. As a serious story - unrealistic.

I think i strayed alittle there, but without a doubt the best bond was SIR Sean Connery, After all he made it a household name and was so good that they brought him back to star in “dimonds are forever”.

As a Bond-fanatic I’d say I’d like to see either Clive Owen (a bit rough though, “King Arthur”, “Bourne Identity”, “Sin City”) or Julian McMahon (“Nip/Tuck”, “Fantastic Four”, as his charm is penetrating)
