I was just wondering if i can buy this game from england and if its possible to pay monthly subscription in GBP. i only found this site about an hour ago so im not to sure. (sorry if i posted in wrong section)

There is NO monthly subscription..
but bare in mind…people spend thousands of dollars playing this game. There are items that can cost US$10 000 or more… it can be cheap, but it can also be expensive. Obviously the more you spend, the better the stuff you can get…

sounds interesting…so you can play without buying anything at the start? get all the basics done IE: sweat collecting? then after you cant do much more get yourself a weapon

When you gather sweat, youll probably be able to make enough to buy a low-end weapon with a little ammo or something like that.. going from there to making money is a LOONG step. Of course, you also have the oil rig, but thats quite hard to get to. However the payoff there is much better, if youre lucky.
I suggest browsing this forum for a start. There is a lot of nice threads about the game here. Starting with “n00bs Corner” is probably smart…

I am from the Uk and this often works to our advantage 2 dollar roughly around 1 pound so when i deposit $10 dollars only roughly costs me about ÂŁ5 obviously i spent more but i still sweat and keep the bottles i should have sold when they got to 4pec a bottle but didnt 
I make my own ME so i just collect force nexus I put about ÂŁ100 pound in over about 4-5months but not deposited since and still going and if i were to leave i could sell my items leaving me about even maybe losing ÂŁ10-20
PE is a good enjoyable game sure there are idiots but most games have them give it a try when you get a comp that can run it the fact you dont have to deposit allows you to get a feel for the game and learn about how it works
I learnt alot from sweating at first and then I deposited because I couldnt be bothered to trade 
You can visit the sticky section for guides and by posting here already shows you are more then capable of finding out info for yourself however I’ll still post a link for the guides page as it is usefull to check out and read

and thanks for the info :). in the mean time i think ill try learning the basics of this game by chattin on the forums. it will make my life a lot easier for when i do start.

i know you exchange USD (US Dollars) for PEC (Project Entropia Dollars) but what is PEC? is that like say what we would call 40 pence? so 40 PEC is 40 pence?
Yep you have it right there.. PEC is cents, same as in dollars and cents

i hope thats good running… not running away from pkers or mobs
all running in the game is good only 1 area where you can pk’d and looted so no problems there

To aid with the running you can autorun, and inorder to help you find the TP’s grab a copy of the map from
these show you where all the TP’s are along with outposts and PVP zones just select the map you want standard one is Eudora on the left
There are lots of UK players - like me!! Hope you figure the game out. Read as much as you can first and don’t be in two big a rush to do everything straight away. Theres a lot to be enjoyed on Calypso thats more or less free

Remember exhange rate is always changing, and your credit card company/bank will give you a lower exchange rate than the market rate., but saying that, its a good time for UK peeps to buy US dollars

Yep, hundreds if not thousands of brits in the game. But i seem to be the only Scot left
Just remember that if you don’t deposit you’ll need the patience of a saint to get anywhere in the beggining(or you can perhaps strike it rich with a giant hof).
If you need any help just give me a yell. It will give me something to do.

so 100 PEC is the same as 1 PED
so 100 Pennys is the same as 1 Pound
