This just happened to me after 19 years of never being locked or having an incident. I too submitted everything they asked for and have been ghosted now for 3 weeks. My wife was also locked, makes me wonder if MA is somehow thinking spouses or partners with different accounts are "multiple accounts for one person. It’s weird because we have different e-mails, play on different systems, etc. BUT we do have the same cards listed as payment methods…Hmmm Hope you get an answer…I am running out of patience.

If there is two people playing in the same household they normally ask for valid ID’s from each person. Both front and back of ID. If that is the reason you 2 are locked.
We already send them 15 month ago our id card and they unlocked herafter 7 days. Now they telling a lie after 18 days she had taken any items they not own to make the lock valid, First deals are final for some reason. Second whats with pvp in space someone took 7000 ped value not long ago he took items he dont own he stole he get locked now to? Or he got as gift as well?
She got some items as gift we had that as chatlog that was some sweat stone and fruit ingame 1 uscent value a joke lock a warp service destroy our company we do trust in customers and our income for a uscent value???

Someone gave her some sweat fruits and stones as gift and MA mean she scamed it seems like. Worth a us cent in reallife worth a lock??? Serious???
Or someone lie she scammed something seems like i can say you scammed me and bam your account locked for a month.
But for some reason deals are final as info, so what is pirating at end illegal than too cos noone gave him the agreement to take or? That what i mean.
Btw. my account never got locked. Now second time my wifes.
MA need a reason to lock a account now they cant use second time the same ip number as reason and tell a fairytale or whatever as reason she asked for logs and name.
UPDATE: After my wife and I provided our IDs our accounts were unlocked a few days ago.

Yeah i bet MA want again the ID card she send and said you already locked my account with support number that you already done it now seems MA searched a fairtytail for a new reason to not stay around oh we are to stupid and did the same thing the second time. And still dont answer anything.
Still dont react for anything chats saved and uploaded with last logindate already so they cant say we manipulated them …
I have used your warp service a few times and I remember once I traded your wife some items so that she could use the gravi boxes and then she gave them back to me at destination, enabling me to transport some goods…
Maybe those item transactions for your warp service is what triggered the investigation?

Trigger maybe not forbidden but if they say she scamed we need logs they cant give so they dont reactanymore, they destroyed the service and compensation is needed she wrote already in support case and a no is not accepted anymore for a none reaction… 41 days now??? Sorry we involve now other thinks that will cost MA much more as a SORRY

Yes we looked into chatlog and only what was given was the damn peds for the flights on 2 days… what for a damn fairytale…

All chatlogs uploaded from computer from last online date on a webserver long before Mindark answerd and can tell it was manipulated. The support case 44 days later everyone that know us know our value trades a secure for our service and that fairytale that was done here by mindark against her.
Only reason if Mindark see there was items traded the fee was paid in items…
And realy for maybe 40-50 ped locked a account already 44 days and still counting maybe 3 months and destroy reputation and income worth 1000 times more what they do here???

Never got asked that, and i used to live in a household with multiple accounts and each one played their own.
Realy is this serious we talk about 30 PED double warp service fee and close to 60 day locked account and 2 support answers in that time?

A hacked account is a problem between MA and the user not the problem between all other gamers that they need to check or verify, beware to buy something in auction you can buy a hacked item and be locked for it realy?

I dont know Hero personally but Ive used their Warp service in the past. 2 MONTHS that they cannot provide their service because of an avatar that used their service and paid with scam money/items (especially if its mere 60 peds)?
If thats true, this is really horrible customer service.

Wait, what, so if I see in trade someone selling an EMT Kit 2600 Mod at a REALLY attractive price … and I buy it … MA can lock my account under ‘suspicion’ because I got ‘too good’ a deal and the guy selling it was a scammer or hacker? A whole account and near 2 decades of deposits completely frozen cause someone else did something naughty? I mean, how would I know a legit trade from a fraudulent one? May I or may I not take advantage of a good price? And how too good of a price is a sign I am dealing with a scammer VS someone just desperate to sell out and cash out whatever they can?

If this is all true, man, am I glad I own no business in this game. To have your whole enterprise shut down for what someone else did (or may have done unbeknownst to you), as if any player has the sophisticated analytics and metrics and data to determine if a person on the other side of a trade terminal is for real, a hacker or a scammer… Imagine having just depo’d 10s of Ks of PED to start your Stylist business in game, and some fucking hacker from North Korea pays you 15 PED for a haircut, and then you get your whole account locked because YOU didn’t have the CLAIRVOYANCE to know you were dealing with stolen PED! Surreal …!
Do you know how much sweat I’ve bought to make ME? And my sweat consumption is rookie numbers compared to some other players who burn serious quantities of ME. Sometimes I scored batches well below market rate at odd hours of the night. God forbid a single dead PEC of that was from scammer or hacker that sold me that! I guess I’d be the fool, right? I would have had to do serious and thorough investigation (and, please, tell me by what means in game) into every avatar I traded with! Me needing 50 ped of sweat for Mind Essence in a pinch is no excuse, right? NO EXCUSE! The burden of proof is on me and every other player, always! All that’s needed is for one batch sweat to have had a suspicious transaction history, and then I might as well start sifting through thousands of pages of main chat / private chat logs and drafting my many emails to support, all whilst bunkering in for a long, long wait? My account and all assets would be forfeit then, right … cos … reasons?

Self you cant buy anything in auction maybe someone hacked the account and sale it, this make the idea behind the game worthless what is going on here…

not allowed to set names public or the chat but can send you the whole chatfile from last online day unfilterd but you see than every customer from her first day its uploaded on a webserver that noone can say it was manipulated later its from
