"You don't have sufficient skills to be a mentor"

Hello everyone.

I am currently encountering an issue where I am unable to add anyone as a disciple despite meeting all the requirements and having significant skills in the game. This has been an ongoing issue for quite a while now and despite my best efforts reaching out to support, my questions still remain unanswered. I graduated my discipleship quite a while ago and claimed my Pixie Armor, Adjusted (M) and after a while I decided I was ready to take on my own disciples. I have the achievement notifying that I am “Mentor Ready”, have access to my mentoring information however the entire page is blank and upon attempting to edit my mentoring information, it immediately crashes my game and tells me to contact support.

As mention I have reached out to support a couple of times, one ticket was closed within a few hours of my submission stating that “We are unaware of any bugs relating to your issue” despite providing all the information relating to it. If anyone has encountered or is currently encountering this issue then please let me know as I am certain I am not to only one.

Edit 2: Yes I can. Is your account at least 6m? You also need to be near the people you add.

Hello Skeptic!

I can confirm my account is over 2 years old and I was standing right next to the person I was attempting to add as my disciple. Each time I attempt to edit my mentor information the game immediately crashes and tells me to contact support.

Maybe try a different graphics setting to stop the crash.

I have attempted every possible thing soo far however it’s due to my mentor profile not displaying any of my information to begin with.

I had this problem and realised i had removed myself from mentor register :D.

Maybe worth a check :slight_smile: .

Can you give me a step-by-step guide please?

If you right click name bar at bottom of screen brings up a menu.

System-mentoring

or

System-mentor register

I think is one of them, worth a try may be issue.

As always Dibbler the mentor comes through.

It says to “save” my mentoring information however upon doing it the game crashes and gives me an error to contact support.

Sounds like a sus one. Your save do something EU or your PC can’t handle. :thinking:

Hello everyone.

I am please to inform you that the team reached out to me regarding this issue and later released a patch specifically to fix my issue. They were unaware of any mentor related issues originally however after providing more information on the subject, they were able to identify and fix the issue.

Thank you for all your suggestions on fixing this issue regardless. :slight_smile:
