Just an idea that might make withdrawls easier:
I hear many people selling there PED locally instead of going through MA. As it can be a bit faster. Now seeing as MA is not agaist people doing that why not make it easyer for them. Give them the ability to withdrawl to PED Certificates. The money would not be taken out of the PE system guarenteed that way as for the certificates to be used they would have to put them back into PE. It would be easyer becasue you could just meet withsomeone and trade hand to hand cash for PED certificates. Instead of i’m assuming meeting somewhere or just trusting people to tranfer it from avatar to avatar online within PE.

This would still take the same amount of time. Well ok, parhaps 3 to 8 days faster, as it would remove the inherant delay of bank transfers, but it would not remove the MA overhead of checking the validity of the withdrawal.

i dont know though because it realy doesn’t make sense why they would have to do the chek as people are allowed sell PED for cash to other players. To me the money is not techincally removed from the PE system so it doesn’t need to be cheked.

Once MA release a PED certificate, I would imagine they would be legally bound to it. If the holder then wishes to use the certificate and withdraw, so ya back to square one really.
