What's your goal in the game?

With a game as open ended as PE, you can have many different goals.

What’s yours?

Mine, at the moment, is to try to learn to be much more efficient so I don’t have to put as much money in. Ultimately, I’d like to see if I can make it break even or better over the long run, but still be participating in at least one of the major professions.

My Goal

My goal is pretty much the same:

Play on as little USD as possible while having a good time meeting good people and improving my primary skill (LB). I have been playing since June 2004 (VU5.6 i believe) and have done well so far though my character has not progressed as fast as those who really spend money on character development.

Mostly I am having a good time! There are a lot of nice people out there!

Oh yeah! Forgot one BIGGIE: I want to unlock my first hidden skill!!!

My goal would be to play the game and have fun, experience as much as possible the various possibilities.

I would subscribe to the other’s thingie about not loosing so much ped/month, but this would be more of a wish for me :wink:

Anyway, I find PE to be most entertaining, same about EF :wink:

My goal is a noob is to get uber then go to the oil rig and kill everyone in sight :smiley: my actual goal is just to have fun, get some skills be able to hunt big monsters etc etc and meet a bunch of cool people also be nice to make a few PEDS :drool:

The first goal is to get started for real cause now i dont play it often :frowning:
The second goal is to get my firs global at any profesion
Third - get a hof :smiley:
Fourth - become an uber :tongue2:
Is that too much to ask :laugh:

I have several goals:

  1. Fun! No use to play a game without fun!
  2. Get better at hunting with melee weapons so I can:
  3. Hunt bigger mobs then I can hunt now.
  4. Increase my avatar possesions (armor plating, melee weapon collection)
  5. When 2, 3 and 4 are not working: Having fun!

I’m too “young” in the game to really have any goals yet. I suppose right now I’d just really like to get accustomed to the new game and community and make a few friends along the way.

Fun

My main goal in PE is to have fun. The fact that i get paid to be entertained is of course a nice bonus.
As long as I have fun in the game, wether i deposit or withdraw really is the last of my concerns.

  1. I want to revenge the sufferings those mean Atroxes have caused me. 1 is down already :smiley:
  2. Waiting for a big global so that I can buy some nice stuff and be even more good x-killer.
    (no.. actually waiting for my first global, no matter how small.. no wait, I am not expecting globals, just waiting to be able to break even in whatever I do)

My goal is to be able to take on bigger and bigger mobs more efficiently and have a few laughs while getting there.
Oh, and getting better in both melee and ranged weapons.

hmmmmm :tapfinger my goals in PE? Well I would have to say I have reached alot of my personal goals in PE already but there is always room to improve. I would love to play for a whole year while making a decent honest profit. If time allowed I would like to use some of my creative talents outside of PE for PE. Man I wish I would have had the time to enter the movie competition :frowning: . Most of all just to have fun make new friends and loot an uber item :tongue2:

Goals.. I’ve got a few..

  1. Two mining hof’s in one day
  2. Aquire a 1000 ped lyst stone stack by saving 10% of lyst finds per run (Almost half way there)
  3. Same as 2 but with Belkar (just started a week ago and 1/4 of the way there)
  4. Be able to sustain myself in game by breaking even or profiting (always in process, doing ok for now)
  5. ATH mining hof :smiley:
  6. After obtaining fifth goal; go out skilling a lot until I unlock Coolness :cool: (still got some hunter left in me and the extra hp’s would be great)
  7. HAVE FUN!

imo its a goal when you get better and get better stuff without excessive depositing by just hard “work”
imo theres not much fun in the game when you just deposit enough to buy yourself mod fap, imk2, mm, shadow/any other uberarmor because you dont mind depositing for it
