I see people posting about having a 1000 rating, etc. Just what do you add to get this rating? I see things like Level 1 for certain skills of mine and another skill has 141. Do you add all the skills? Is there anything you don’t add - like health? Just currous as to where I am after a week of play.

Im not 100% sure of what you are asking for here…
I think you are asking about skills, and how to gain them. The skill system in PE is rather complex, in short I can just tell you that allmost any action gives you different skills (green text in the chat) and all of your combined skills affect your general atributes like health, agility, strength, inteligence etc.
You can allso gain skills by buying them from other players, take a look at the different skill implants at the auction.
If you where asking about Quality Ratings, thats a totaly different story. That’s all about crafting, and the quality of the blueprints used for crafting.
