I see that skills are very low nowa days.But what is the real price of skills since we pay 700-750 % for ESi’s and then we sell our skills for 1500%.So if we subtract the ESi from the total price we get: 1500-750=750 %. So the real price of the skills is half of the real price. Maybe i’m wrong,correct me if i’m wrong.So our skills is almost nothing after how much we worked for them 
For MA skills are worthless :). For other players it all depends. If many people chip out - prices fall, if the game is worth investing - prices may rise :).

I would not count skills as a value unless you are chipping out and leaving the game right away - then you can count curent market value of them. If some skills are worht 2k % now in a year they may be 1k% or less so counting them as a value when not chipping out makes no sense.

Yes chipping costs influence the total price a lot. Some skills are worth chipping out (4k% ones or so) whilst others are better left untouched.
ESI’s can take a massive % of the markup total. Not all skills come cheap themselves.
yes gross value does not do you much good. If chipping you need to know the the net value of your skills.
