I guess if I had been shooting at another player I could have asked him to throw himself on the rocket.
I still see them occasionally, but it was a really common graphical bug shortly after rocket and grenade launchers were introduced.

Yeah, I saw one of those on CP a couple of weeks ago. Took me a minute or two to figure out what it was 
some of the bugs in this game add to its charm
