unless you are talking about teh 4870 X2 then it does beat nvidias current cards, but it wont be long before nvidia are back again..

lets hope amd/ati bring out good drivers it seems too be there weak point..

It would really help to know which summer :smiley: But I think a partnership with nVIDIA is good, hopefully a lot of comptability issues (current and future) will be taken care of with more haste and precision from now on :wink:
