I was woundering if ur a total newcommer and u have a lot of money to buy skill implants, will u be able to unlock skills like marksmenship or Martial arts and suck by buying riffle or LWT or LB or Melle combat skills. Or do u actually have to go skill by hand in order to unlock the skills
It’s possible to do that, yes.
Yep, I’ve heard of people chipping ridiculous amounts of rifle (and rifle only) and unlocking RDA, but not many others. Support skills in this field matter in unlocking skills due to its effect on the professional standing. It can be done, but where’s the fun in just spending a lot of money getting skills? 
it’s better to use that “chip” money on hunting and having fun IMHO, who knows u might even get lucky and have happy loot :kos:
but like said previously, it’s doable, u just need to remember chip all the secondary skills related to that profession aswell.
