If it’s UL, boosts crit damage/chance, and you know the price, I’d like to know it as well. Avatar is M for armor sets. Rings can be excluded.
Mod viceroy gives 1% crit chance and 20% evade. People say it sucks but they need more HP and evade OR a smaller wallet. Costs about 4k but is untradeable.
Secret super bonus is you can combine it with easter 25 and then halloween 24 (it has a penalty to crit chance) and have 5% chance, 40% damage, 10% reload for about 10k.

I had considered mod viceroy, but I’ve currently got an Easter 21 ring. I was thinking of pairing it with Halloween 24 and a 2% crit scope so that I could focus on stacking crit damage in the other slots. Not sure what the costs associated with that are, though.
10% crit sights sell for aorund 25k+ for the pair, 20% crit sights are super rare pretty sure theres only maybe 5 sets in game tops during twen they were pulled at around 75-100k ped value each
theres a handful of 15% crit sights out there unsure of there value but somewhere between
Perfected imperium armor (cyrene epic quest turn ins)= best crit dam % = 60-70k ped value just to create it (again very rare and hard to make)
Tezla pet 13%crit damage pet at max lvl (basically a must to max dpp) = value depends on lvl and unlocks (but ive seen some with crit unlock for 15kish
The easter rabbit also is an option for crit pet - (it is quite expensive to maintain it compared to the tezla though))
Coat=
#1=regicide coat-5% crit damage (1500-2000ped for an RDI eye- and obtaining a good group of players to help carry you by killing the required Spina Queen)(some cost also in preparing for that fight -pills/gear etc)
#2= Mayhem vendor coat

Multiple cybernetic eyes have sold around 1300 ped as of recent and if he doesn’t have the budget for a fully leveled Tesla he can get a fresh one for 2k and have the first boost within a week (is it 5%?).

If you can unlock Lvl 12 for 5% in one week, than yes.
Lvl 26 offers you Electrotherapy too. 
I read many players don’t like Tezlas soundings.

going from recent ah mu i see one sold last for 1600ish suppossedly, im sure if you ask around you can find them cheaper
