There are some among you that have been following my NotePad thread with great zeal, and are fully aware of the thoughts and ideas that have been floating about in my head for some time now. For those of you that fall into this category (you know who you are), I thank you for your time, your interest, and, most importantly, your responses via PM. Your contributions to my NotePad thread have been the MOST valuable I have received from EF to date, and I am truly thankful. For those of you that are unaware of these ideas, I would recommend that you read this thread, vide; Til’s NotePad; Hunting/Trading in theory and practice , parts #4 - #10. I digress; forward to the details.
I am currently hiring Miners and Hunters to participate in a mid-tear (i.e., 12 participants or less) expedition. The miners will be responsible for acquiring as much enmatter/ore as their skills will allow them and the hunters will be responsible for protecting these miners. Launch date is August 21’st, and time and location will be announced soon. I believe that this will be a wonderful opportunity for everyone involved to acquire free skills, meet other players, and establish a sense of status and reputation unlike any before in Project Entropia.
Miners; All miners hired through this effort will be supplied with 100 bombs and 100 probes, and will be reimbursed for all their tool decay associated with this expedition. You will not have to give me your tools for the repairs. We will make a simple trade before deployment, where you will show me your tools in a trade window and I will note the TT value of these items. At the end of the expedition, we will enter another trade, where you will show me the tools once more, and I will calculate the decay done on them. At that time you will be reimbursed.
ALL enmatter/ore gathered will be surrender to me, your employer. In the event that any hired miners should Global or HOF, I will be rewarding those individuals with 15% of reasonable market value for the Global’ed/HOF’ed materials. PE-Player.com/auction will serve as a baseline for agreed upon standards for “reasonable market value.”
Miner Requirements; Ore Miner, Matter Driller, Ore Finder, Matter Detector, and a FAP or EMT. It does not matter weather you choose to use TT Gear, or advanced equipment. That choice is yours. You are only allowed to use 1 FAP or EMT (EMT Ek-2500 deluxe excluded), and armor decay will not be reimbursed. I hunt without armor, and if you can not survive with a FAP/EMT and no armor, this may not be a job for you.
Hunters; All hunters hired through this effort will be supplied with 150 PED’s of ammo, distributed in any two varieties that they choose, and will also be reimbursed for all weapon and FAP decay associated with this expedition. You will not have to give me your items for these repairs, as repairs will follow the same procedures as those for the miners.
All hunters, no matter of their deployment, will be joining a team where PED’s are equal and leader takes all items. In the event that any hired hunters should Global or HOF I will be rewarding those individuals with 5% of the PED’s and also 15% of reasonable market value for the Global’ed/HOF’ed items. Again, PE-Player.com/auction will be used as a baseline for agreed upon standards for “reasonable market value.”
Hunter Requirements; 1 or 2 weapons ONLY and a FAP/EMT. Simple TT Gear will NOT be accepted, and I reserve the right to disallow certain weapons upon my discretion. You are only allowed to use 1 FAP or EMT (EMT Ek-2500 deluxe excluded), and armor decay will NOT be reimbursed. I repeat, if you can not survive with a FAP/EMT and no armor, this may not be the right job for you at this time.
All Employee Requirements; All applicants are required to submit three personal references, either from “In Game”, or from here, our adored EntropiaForum. No n()()b IG references will be accepted (scans will be done here) and no EF references from accounts created less than one month ago will be accepted either.
There are three player exceptions to the above mentioned reference rules; Ragna Rock, ViagraFalls, and DarkAngle. These individuals have been contributing via PM to these ideas for quite some time now, and to show my gratitude for there thoughts and opinions on this subject, they are accepted into this expedition without reference, should they choose to join.
Filling My Requirements; I did not create my EF account less than a month ago, and I’ve been playing PE for 7 months now, but you may be saying to yourself, “Where the h*** are his references?” With good cause, I might add!
For character references, one may speak with Cade or rstock (there in game names are available, to those who know 
) right here in EF. For both financial and character references one should ask a Zychion Citizen, especially the higher ranking members that have know me since my first days in PE, including; Matt “Kharak” Skinner, Jena “Swan” Buxton, Wolfgar “Fennris” Lightfist, and Nemisis “Xersex” Galedon. Yet, you could ask any ZC’er … that will do.
Conclusion; I want to here your thoughts, your ideas, and your opinions here in this thread, whether it is your desire to join this expedition or no. Also, all applicants must submit their desired placement (miner or hunter), and their references in this thread. I realize that this post has become quite long and verbose. For anyone that has been reading my NotePad thread (ibid) you know that it is my intention to expound all details about this venture, you know that I desire to have this discussion in an open setting for everyone to see, and you also know that I am a verbose person
