Tired of Noobs bitching

About the skill sales issue.
I think it’s important that it’s possible for someone that starts playing now to catch up with the ubers. Skilling yourself everyday for years still wouldn’t be enough. I started playing 8 or 9 months ago, have deposited 110-120k peds and I still don’t have all the uber gear and I’m very much a noob compared to the people in my soc. And without skill implants I would have no hope of ever catching up. If I were to buy myself to their level from where I am now it’d still cost me tens of thousands of peds, not enough people can afford to buy uber equipment and skills for it to be a very big problem.
It’s also a good way to prevent avatar sales. Even if they removed skill implants and forbid avatar trading it’d still happen, and I like being sure that the person I talk to and lend my items to today is the same person tomorrow.

About the noobs whining because they can’t get free stuff fast enough.
I’ve stopped caring, they can run around and bitch about it all they want. Too bad that the annoying ones makes it hard to spot the good people.

Bah, Sveta. Now there’s a spoiled huntress talking in you.

Fortunate or not to have sweating, noobs are working their ass off. If you don’t wanna pay for sweat - go do sweating yourself  Not fun, is it?
Why should I sweat if I have a gun and feed it with plenty of ammo?

Imho, interaction between gunmen and gunless SHOULD be more enforced.

Well, but that’s me, bad me, always sticking up for the working class. Majority advocate.

((btw, I hate sweating and anything that has to do with sweating :silly2: ))

Heh, just wanted to remind of the everlasting noobish whiny insolence.

I have a hard time seeing the sweaters in PE the same as the working class irl, since they’re rather quite the opposite. Sure, they spend a lot of time doing something boring, but instead of contributing to paying for server power and MA salary they play for free. The more people playing the higher the costs for MA, the more people free riding on the economy the more expensive the game gets for depositers.

Yet somehow you found your way here! :wise:

I guess I asked for that one :silly2:

I never said that I am AGAINST sweating  I simply said that newbs are very fortunate to have the ability to sweat (fun or no) as a stepping stone for them to buy a cheap weapon and a little ammo. Sweating is good for the game imo, I just did not care for your previous comment that suggested that sweating prices should rise significantly, or sweating become easier.
Sweating is a valuable resource for newbs so that they do not need to deposit the first day in order to have fun. It’s a way for them to test the waters in game and see if they think the game is worth depositing into or not. And of course it is now necessary to have sweat for the economy.
Sooooo- save the sweat, but don’t make it easier

I tried sweating again recently and it does feel alot easier anyways… even with low sweat prices I think it was alot harder when you had to run from bee to bee and then run them all off radar and come back.
The amount you can pull is higher, I seemed to get it alot more often, and you can stay on one mob for a damn long time.
I don’t know what the newbs are complaining about now.. I didn’t mind sweating too much when I was doing it. Get a good friend to come along with you and chat on ventrilo or listen to music. 8)

Newbs have it easy… and this is coming from one.

I am happy that I haven’t had to sweat in many many months though. :stuck_out_tongue:

Point taken.

Still, it’s the noobs who possess sweat. It’s an item in THEIR inventory, so logically, they have the right to set the prices as they want. They could as well go on a strike and deprive everyone from sweat, monopolize it.

Sssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  keep your voice down! there could be newbs lurking!

I Know! They paid me 1000 PEDs to say this! :deal:

Another case of N00b’s total, random, insolent, bullshitty rudeness:

I really wish people could loot other people or kick people’s ass in town, if they are being traded out of nowhere. It’s really annoying, you trying to sell or buy something, and you see a trade initiation window, to find out that its just some noob offering you some crap.

Lol ye i kno the BS…
Some of em demand peds of me nowadays :expressionless:
Or i HAVE to buy their stuff

But! On the bright side i did met a nice nub yesterday and now got a nice disciple

I dont mind giving peds to noobs who are POLITE, and take time and effort to explain their situation, and only answer questions if asked, not just spit out the whole “Im poor give me money” routine.

I like noobs who are curious about things, who are at least pretending they are interested in what I have to say.

I good rule to always follow…
NEVER GO TO PORT ATLANTIS!

Doesnt help any more.
Since n00bs now spawn in random places, you can scratch out a good list of towns not to go to. Nymph, Atlas, Fury, Peaks, Troy, even Ithaca.

Fort Troy still pwns :tongue2:

yea ok, but PA and Twin’s is the 2 worst towns to go to for noobs spamming.
