All Rentals are first come first serve.
Reservations are allowed but require non-refundable deposits.
They are a fixed ‘per diem’ value for the duration of the rental.
All weapon rentals are determined by their base ‘Per Diem Rate’ + 5% per Tier level. (So a 100p/day gun at tier 10 would be 150p a day for Mayhem)

All rentals require collateral.
The collateral requirement is 10-20% over market value to ensure the safe return of the items.
All collateral prices are variable and will be checked before each trade to adjust to any changes in market.
Collateral will be listed in the required amount of rental shares to cover collateral cost.

Items are accepted as collateral on a case by case basis.

All Rentals can be refunded as credits towards your next rental.
If you received a discount and cancel your rental early, the refund will be calculated at the full non-discounted rates.
Example: Your rent an item for a month and cancel after 10 days.
Normal per diem rate is 100 ped, but you paid 50 for a total of 1500. You will be refunded 500 ped in credits towards your next rental.
This is to prevent people booking longer rental periods to get the discounts, then canceling after a short period when they accomplish their goals.
Rental credits will automatically be added to the rental fund to receive dividends(interest) until used.
Unlike normal shares they can not be traded with other players and do not get the Buyback Guarantee. (All shares purchased are guaranteed refundable, rental credit shares are not)

Just for comparison, an E-Amp 11 does 7 Dmg and has a DPP of 4.091 and 54.4% Efficiency. If you shoot an A102 and an E-11 4000 times (E-11 Total uses+43 more) you will save 7.6 ped on decay costs and the A102 will still have another 650 shots before it is empty. Therefore making it more cost effective to rent the amps than use the cheap unlimited ones, or worse the limited ones which cost more.

Full disclosure, I run Entropia Crate and Xanato recently has started work with me doing withdrawals for the site. I’ve been invested in Xanato’s fund for about a year. I have 20,000 PED invested with him. Investors helped him get to point where he has a warp capable ship. He has also rented out my weapons and rings on my behalf. I’ve always been happy with the service and the return on investment, tons of items you can rent from him just to try before you buy, to skill up or just have fun with. He runs a very solid business in Entropia and has one the largest inventories of rare high value weapons and items in the game. His inventory is large due in large part to the investors and people involved renting there own items out through his service. I’ve always found him to be reliable, knowledgeable and upfront about numbers with the fund and I trust him enough to have sizeable portion of my Entropia account invested with him. His fund is the only private fund in Entropia I’ve invested in as I’ve gotten to know him quite well over time, he can show you the funds numbers if you just message him if you are interested. He could also sell leather to a cow, which helps him a lot in his business If you are like me and taking a temporary break from Entropia (between being a dad, having a full time career and working on Entropia Crate). While I prefer to spread out my assets across many of the in game deeds and keep my PED diversified, having some shares in the fund really ups the dividend growth of my overall Entropia portfolio and I can say I definitely recommend it if you have PED you need to park somewhere. It’s personally earned me over 2k PED through rentals and earnings from investing and I can still withdraw my 20k PED when needed.

If you use my service and would like to leave a comment, good or bad, I will post quotes here. If your comment is about pricing, please use general terms and not specific numbers. Most rentals are the same price, however when it comes to combining multiple items or renting for longer lengths than listed, prices will vary according availability and to customer needs.

Also anyone who lets me rent out items on their behalf, comments and feedback is greatly appreciated so that others will see that this is a legitimate way to earn some PED with their items that are not being used or that are rare or difficult to acquire.
