can somone explain how to use this device. I’ve been searching for a while and cant find any good info on refining raw materials.
Well you can buy it from TT. You then equpe the tool and a screen wil pop up. Once It comes up you can put materials like wool, hides, molusk teeth. It then turns the wool in wool cloth which cna be used in making clothes. Also 3 wool = 1 wool cloth so youy need a mulitple of 3 in the tool, also you can have a maximum of 150 in the machine at one time. Hmmm not sure if i explained it clearly.
Thanks for the info. Is it wise to refine materials or sell them raw? becasue I have a buttload of raw materials. Can you lose materials refining and does it reqire a specific skill?
no skills required. The refiner decays a small amount when you use it. It doesn’t really matter, but to be crafted they eventually must be refined. Some crafters may only check refined sales.

I would have to agree with this. I NEVER look in the raw materials section. So i would stick to refining. Also it decreases the weight that you carry around.

Also when you refine it it weighs left so you dont walk slower when you have lots of materials
