Just read a news article on a German news site.
Theres a guy with incredible luck selling a car on ebay atm.

Just an ordinary Golf 4, with something, for obviously many people, very special…the former owner was the new Pope Benedict XVI. (aka Josef Kardinal Ratzinger).

From what I read he bought that car for 4000 € a few months ago, look what price are people currently bidding on his auction. :eek: :eek: :eek:

The ones that bid 1mil euro may be idiots , jerks for spoiling the auction for fun but they sure as hell are more sane than the persons that are bidding up to 220k euros :rolleyes: I just hope that the winner is a rich person,more of a religious colector that doesn’t really need those money, than some really religious person that sold all his life belongings to buy that car .
This is similar to the Beckham mania.
It’s not really a faith scam,scam probably isn’t the right word cuz the guy can prove it was the popes car like you said , but it definetly apeals to peoples faith when selling it,going for a certain category of people,making price go up like hell.
