Condition 2: your appartment must be made private, or of course, your balcony renovations will most likely be stolen

Windows
only availible on balconies that you consider safe ( like floor 9 )
you may have 1,2,3, or 4 windows.
you may have Cross Supported ( a + shape ) , Tile Supported ( square holes in the window, odd number window size only. ) , Half Supported, ( a - shape ), or just Unsupported.
you may have 2x3, 3x2, 3x3, 3x4, 4x3, 4x4, 4x5, 5x4, or 5x5 size windows. actual window size varies on matierial used.
windows are free because little or no matierial is used, but we charge 50 PEC per tile pattern window.
Walls
------------------ same rule for windows apply. except its NOT free.
Fence Walls: the little wall on the outside of the balcony, you know, the view.
NOTE: Wall do-overs are the exact same prices except for the “Full Wall” custom style, 5 PED rebate because cross emblem may be hindered.
Wall Do-Overs: the walls that are already there, will be customized to your specifications.
Please make sure the appartments above you up to floor 9 are private, or convince the ones on those floors to make them private. if you’re on floor 11 or higher, make sure every appartment above you is private.
before you read any further (lol) you must cover matierial costs as well as the service fee, normally listed alongside the service provided.
