i) Slightly silly answer: those are the skulls of previous customers who didnāt fully understand the implications of asking for a ācut and blowā
ii) Sensible answer: I looted most of the skulls hunting. Some of the nicer ones were donated (thanx Abee) and I bought a couple.

Also did a mohawk for Jack, a big improvement on his previous ābig hairā style. Did a nose widening job for him too all for free 
And a rushed job on a Russian guy who couldnāt hang around for me to tidy things up a bit better

Carebear I would guess it would be possible to change oneās height with a Body Sculpting Unitā¦but unfortunately Skull Salon has yet to acquire this facility.
