Honestly I dont know. I noticed it lastnight while I was checking out my skills. That is when I noticed that my actual lvl would only go up once I hit 10 grade lvl’s. My mentor told me that this grade lvl fluctuates for different skills and pure lvls. But this much I do know, you dont go up a pure lvl till you have hit a certain amount of grade lvl’s. While in game, look at your skills you will notice it. I call them pure lvl’s only because that one alwas goes up were as the grade lvl resets with each pure lvl. They never go down or reset, therefore they are pure.
This is a S-shot of my skills. I got lucky and was JUST about to get my next pure lvl in laser Tech. When I did, I went back to grade 1, got my pure lvl 20, and went up to Poor Rank from Inept. The chat box dosent show the lvl up cause I thought I had FRAPS on and didnt. So I had to relog back in to get the pic. But as you can see, you get a new rank per 10 pure lvls (this is just a MILD assumption because for higher lvl’s it could pull out to be say 15-20 or more pure to get a new rank)
EDIT–ok, anyone know of another image storage area other then imagiestation? Or of another way to get this pic to show better?
