Silver Crown of Sahar — Does the +15% crafting skill buff work on EP1?

I’m trying to confirm whether the Silver Crown of Sahar’s +15% Item Construction Skill Gain buff applies when crafting Explosive Projectiles I (EP1).

Does “Item Construction” include Mechanical Engineer crafting and explosive projectiles, or is the buff restricted to specific types of constructed items, such as weapons and tools?

Has anyone personally tested this buff, or tested another item with the same skill-gain effect?

I’m planning a major EP1 crafting project on Monria and would like to know whether obtaining the Crown beforehand would provide any benefit.

Thanks!

Yes I I believe it works on any item except garments or cooking and something else but I forget now. I’d have to look at the tool tip again but cant atm. Is it worth buying it if all you’ll ever do is EP1? Absolutely not with such low input/skill gains. If you plan on doing other, more, or higher crafting later then it would male sense to buy.
