When i try to run the game it says the servers may not be online or something like that and i should check if they are on the homepage but i cant find a thing and could someone be a hero and help me out ?

When you launch the Client Loader, the status of the servers is present in the top right corner of the page (Look a little closer and you’ll see a title “Server Status” with a percentage under it).
As for your problem, if the message is something like “The server are currently down for maintenance”, you should take a look at your Firewall configuration. This message appears when you didn’t open the right ports for PE. The list of ports to open is available in the “About” section of the PE website under the “Start, Login and Connect” area.

Well im connected to the internet(obviously) so the servers must be down,when will they get working again??

because ur probably on a different server to us maybe ur local server went down so u cant play yet but we can

did you do that? ^^^
your firewall may be blocking ports. open em, and/or reboot n try again.
the other thing u might want to try if all else fails is just to re run the install but DONT uninstall PE

I have had that “server is offline for maintenance” message a few times. I think in every case it was ok after I unplugged the power to my adsl router to reset it. I am not sure if it is a hiccup in the router, or perhaps when I reconnect I get a different ip number. Try resetting your modem or router and I hope that helps you connect.
While swimming south from one of the cities on the south cost of Treasure Island last night I got a message in red telling me that the server for the area I was trying to enter was offline. I carried on trying to swim but kept getting that effect where the avatar is pushed back to where it was a few moments earlier.
Don’t know if this sheds any light on things for you.

It says that because that area of the continent is not yet open for roaming around in.You can map out where the boundries are by running into that message.
