The Entropia Universe servers will be down for an update at 08:00 UTC, with an expected downtime of 2hrs.
After this update, all avatars will be put into the new character creator area on login to create their new avatars. We have assigned additional server resource to support this, though please be patient with any issues and reach out to support if you become stuck or encounter any issues.

After cryengine we would get a pop in every log in which we could close and get it again every log in. Is this still not possible?
I want to take time to remake avatar. By giving this option back players could even cancel if unsastified and relog to try again.

I asked a question about this on MA’s original announcement post. I did not get a reply though. With the creation process after the Cryengine update, I found that it was necessary to go in and out of the creation process several times to see how things looked in the actual game.

Will these new avatars be comfortably ported to UE5? Or will we have to design them again in December?
