Ok, i’ve just taken a look at a few of the “scam threads”…
I have to say this seems to be a pretty clumsy way to handle reporting scammers and it could be done better, browsing through pages and pages of replys is very time consuming.
Shouldn’t there be an area of the forums just for posts related to scams/scammers?
Establish a protocol where every scammer report has a topic such as: Scammer -
Just an idea.
My opinion is that scammers are a real shame of PE, there aren’t though so many and hopefully ppl that get scammed will decrease in numbers, so having a “scam” section would only harm the comunity, as displaying outfront a small and painful (sometimes) area of PE…

I can see your point, but I question the wisdom of it. Scamming happens in all games and IRL, the best way to prevent scamming is with clear and easy access to information regarding those engaging in it, as far as I’m concerned.
to mitigate the effect, couldn’t it be made a sub-area of the GD forum?

You shouldn’t “report” scammers here at all. You use support cases in the Official Project Entropia page for that. So if you have someone you want to report, here is not the place. MindArk most likely won’t read it anyway since this is not a support forum.
I’m aware mindark won’t be doing anything with the information, I’m more concerned with making the information more accessable to those who’ll likely be the victims. Guess I’m off base.
This place isnt meant as a hall of shame, scam reports should be kept in the “scammer alert” thread which is the only place it is allowed.
Please keep it there or dont post it at all.
