Hello all. Just thought I would gripe about a bug that has bit me twice. There is a outpost north east of twins that I believe has a faulty repair terminal.
The first time it happened it went like this: I put my armor + plates, a103, and a104 amp’s in the said terminal, clicked repair, my PEDS dissapeared, and my items went back into inventory like always. I ran over, bought 10k ammo, and went on a argo hunt. 6k into the hunt I get a message saying that my a104 is almost broken. I use a kross h400, and I know for a fact that it will run through 14k+ ammo befor breaking, so I knew something was wrong. Sure enough, I went back to repair terminal, and put everything in, it was all decayed again! Armor + plates, 103, and 104 amps. for a total of 47+ PEDS.
Now today, it happens again, but slightly different. Before I went on a hunt, I went to the repair terminal and clicked armor and weapons buttons, nothing went in, so all is well. I checked my 104 amp, it was full tt. So I run over, buy 10k ammo again and go argo hunting. At 6k or so ammo spent, I get the “the item you are trying to use is broken” message. NO warning, no nothing, it just breaks. So I die and go back to repair terminal, click armor and weapons, and its almost 45 PED in repairs!
Now I shoot up almost 250k ammo a week on a kross h400 + 104. I wear the same armor (hunter/vindicator +2a) all the time on argos. I know what the decay should be down to a science. Something is highly amiss here and it’s cost me almost 92 PEDS now.
I sent in a support case, and they say that it repaired everything fine, and that there is nothing they will do. The first time, I figured maybe I was just tired and missed it. But this time I know. Ma has bent me over yet again
