Umbranoid event as we have seen on the past, its part of the history of the world collapsing; if you looted a shard, only way to use it is by selling it to someone that will be pulling it.
There is still a use for it.
PDT: L ones were for “people being able to exchange crates that werent involved on the UL pull”, not for other reason, but happened the inverse thing, Ls gone, UL left; but yeah dont expect a refill on those anymore.
