I recently purchased a black arm chair from kay (obviously at a great price ) and tryed to place it my aprtment only to find that value is too low and furniture is not repairable so notthing I can do about it.
MA created all the furnutre at it’s TT value and I assume it dosent decay so shouldent they know that some items of very low tt furniutre would be undropable and sorted this out before the VU was realsed.
Just so you know the tt was 0.05 iam not sure what the cut off point is to be honest.

This sounds like a bug in the new feature of not being able to drop items in the Virtual Universe and creating litter around the world, and has not been fixed so it works ok in apartments.
i.e. All those probes and bombs, bp’s etc being found al over.
This is not a good news.
Like in RL, I propose to swap this armchair with another at higher TT value (without price changes) and I will handle the case with MA.
IMHO you should be able to drop anything you like in your own apartment
At the moment I can no longer drop BPs in my apartment, which is a shame because I have (almost) all my spare BPs laid out so that my visitors can browse them and have any they want.

Does not work in apartment ;(
An good friend gave me an candle me and tried to put it in my apartment but the tt was too low, could not fix the item either so the candle is in my stoarge until the bug is fixed

Id actually rather be able to litter my own house as much as i please myself…
