For those that might still use the Private soc forums and the like - are you still able to post a new thread in it?
just think of all the power you have as a forum user over the capabilities you get in facebook 
True true - The forum is kinda dead in this respect now.

Same here - so confirmed - the private forums are no longer really a thing - just some history tied up in there.
@711 - Any chance of having a look at the user permissions for the Private forum areas so we can make new posts in there?

It now seems the Private forums have dissapeared entirely 
I dont suppose there is a way of getting a .CSV or the like of the content that was within the private forum? There is a LOT of Soc history in there for us.
