Played the game a while ago and tried today to log back in after reinitializing my account and redownloading the game and it’s just not working =*(
I can log into the site but when i put in the same username and pass into the proper area at the bottom of the page it tells me my info is incorrect.
Am i missing something or is my account fubar’d?
So nothing like this has ever happened to anyone?

Hmm I might have an problem similar to yours, on the main log in page for the game I some times rush and don’t shift when it comes to capital letters in the password. Maybe you are doing the same? Just an idea 
Sameee problem here man, it’s because the game logon is a different logon then the one used in the login box at the top. I can’t remember for the life of me what mine was. And I don’t know if you can reset it either.
They purged your account after 30 days of no account activity, meaning you have to make a new one.
I doubt their purged the account after only 30 days. I think there would be some unhappy people if they did it that quickly.
Check your username and password. Their both case sensitive. All else fails, if you can log into the site, submit a support ticket. I’m sure they have a way of resetting the password.
Nevermind you can just message the entropia staff and they’ll remake your account for you with the username and password you use to log into the news and such.
Sorry that was a typo I meant to write 330 days is when they purge your account.
I didn’t use my account for something like 7 months and they were fine when I started back.
I use the same logon and password for both the game login and the web site login.
