That sounds like I could afford high TIR L weapons and loot a beach house the last few days.
It feels a bit like an item just to show off so was worries value might be lower than market data would show despite quite a few sales past year.
The terminal is probably worth more than the beach house, but it depends on how badly you want that beach house I guess. 
I am not sure if I have expressed how much I want the beach house.
Glad to hear this, maybe I can get two but my main issue is I can’t justify buying a beach house because it is stupid money, so I need to loot one.
Perhaps it doesn’t make sense, but in my twisted mind it makes perfect sense ?
I even hired mercenaries today for the cause. They did TT break even so hunt continues tomorrow!
Looking for more ideas.
Last sale was 6k on auction and the one before that 14k I believe. No trades done here on PCF in recent years.
