Oro and Mutated Oro are very lucrative creatures if you hunt with a Frontier weapon that requires little repair cost and Frontier armor that is cheap to repair. There are a couple of nuances I thought I would mention to help you out:
Oros drop the following components:
Oro Skulls - ORO SKULLS ARE NOT TT FOOD
They are used in the following Blueprints:
Scopes: Headshot 3
Headshot 4
Sights: Bullseye 3
Bullseye 4
Oro Cranial Blades ARE NOT TT FOOD EITHER:
They are required to make [IFN Combat Uniform Arctic Singlet Blueprint] and [IFN Combat Uniform Jungle Singlet Blueprint].They have MU and should be stocked and sold as such. MU is probably pretty good for them because just this year 22 PED of them sold.

Arkace Timber - can be refined and sold
Brown Paint - stock until you have 323 cans and sell the lot (Please correct me if that number is wrong. There’s been a little discussion as to the exact amount.)

There is an entrance into the area where you can access the lower level Oros at the back of the Relentless Firebase Academy TP:

High Level Oros
Oro Cave is the entrance to the high level Oros between levels 12 and 16. The loot is basically the same between the high and low level Oros. Actually, I seem to get more drops of hide from low level ones, but that may be my imagination.
