Check out this screenie I saw on an old preview for PE.
It shows a “Ranged Weapons - 2H(anded)” skill which has “Ruling attributes” of Agility and Strength.
Do current skills still have ruling attributes, only hidden? I’ve seen some charts online (Candyman?) listing associated skills not ruling attributes.
Just curious. 
Wow that’s an very old picture, way before my time, has to be pre-gold or close to it!.
Would not say ruling attributes anymore, but would say primary attributes.

I read (dunno where) that at the time skills vere displayed in ?float? numbers, as you can see on that screen (instead of the yellow bar we have now)
Thats really cool and was before my time. I like the idea of having ruling attributes on items but most of us have a pretty good idea of what goeas with what by now.
