I am an old player. I need some advice on coming back.
I want to do what I always did… 
Kill Rextelum Strong, Aurli Strong and the first three caves, and Marcimex Strong… With some ease.
What do I need? I had Gremlin/5B, some chip that gave me some HP back and some gun. I need a ship too…
Approximately, how much would the cost me to get all that back?
you could prolly get every thing you need minus gun an have ped left over for ammo with like $200 usd
gun can be the big fluctuation are you a every day player or more a Weeknd warrior? You want UL or you don’t mind L?
Gremlin and 5b are cheap. Looking at TT+3-400 ped total I believe.
Restoration chips use the limited ones, high markup but last forever (unless you are me). Small Regen chips are almost TT food if you go L. Use an implant that lowers decay.
For weapons if you are on a small budget and want to do aurlis or Rextelums I would say try the Aris limited ones. They last longer than the armatrix ones. You got quite a few to pick from.
1,000 ped plus money for ammo and you are good to go. For unlimited options the price skyrockets more or less. If efficiency doesn’t matter there are options in the 2.5k-15k range but if efficiency does matter then we are looking at a lot more.
I vote go for what I mentioned and get shooting, if you still find the game fun, start looking at exceptional weapons.
I’m just the “I want to shoot stuff and have fun” kind of guy. Not very efficient, but I would appreciate if 1k peds did not disappear in the blink of an eye…
I remember using the Armatrix series before I quit last time, so I will definitely check out the Aris. I’m downloading now, to check the state of my avatar and go explore. Thank you both!
The Aris ones (called Hyperion) last about twice as long as the armatrix ones. Slap a P20 extender on it too (can get these for like 104% at full TT).
They have higher efficiency which means slightly higher TT returns (too lazy to check now but somewhere around 0.7% more compared to armatrix). Believe DPP is better as well.
You have:
One and two handed clubs
Power fists
Plasma Pistols
Gauss and Plasma rifles
If you only used laser or blp before skills will come fast. If you pick something around 60 level you should be able to do the mobs you mentioned easily and your cycle won’t be insane (about 1k ped per hour) so unless you hit horrible run after horrible run, 1k ped should last quite a few hours.
If they weren’t around when you last were here, mayhem L amps are great. Last a long time and adds lifesteal
