Spina Queen Service: Get Your Regicide Coat!
Experienced Team | No PED Service Fee | Full Preparation Guide
Have the Spina Queen entry item but need a reliable team to complete Queen’s New Lair and obtain your Regicide Coat?
Together with a group of strong and experienced players, we’re offering to help you complete the instance, defeat the Spina Queen, and obtain your coat.
We’ve been providing this service for quite some time, helping players successfully complete one of Calypso’s more challenging encounters.
Until now, most of the preparation details and our strategy were shared privately with participants. We’ve decided to make that information public so everyone knows exactly what to expect before joining.
What We Provide
-
An experienced team capable of completing the instance and handling the boss encounter.
-
A full AP-66 Acid armor set, loaned for the run. You only cover the armor decay afterward.
-
Guidance and coordination throughout the instance, including the boss fight.
-
No PED service fee.
What We Ask in Return
To keep these runs sustainable, cover our team’s consumable usage, and allow us to continue helping other players, we ask each participant receiving the service to contribute:
150 MediStims (10 mg, 15 mg, or a combination of both).
These are distributed among the team members to help cover their consumable costs.
You must also provide your own instance entry item and cover the actual decay on the borrowed AP-66 Acid armor.
Loot policy: If an unlimited (UL) item drops during the run, its value is shared among everyone on the team, including you.
There are no additional PED service fees.
1. Missions and Prerequisites
The final mission is called God Save the Queen.
To get started, visit Sgt. Velya at Camp Echidna, where you’ll find the following mission chain:
-
Bug or Feature: Locate the dead scientists.
-
Broodmother Smoother: Complete the Spina Cave encounter. I can help you with this part if needed.
-
God Save the Queen: Enter Queen’s New Lair and defeat the Spina Queen with our team.
You will also need one instance entry item per run.
According to MindArk, the entry item can be looted from Spina Broodmother and Spina Nolbe maturity mobs.
2. Preparing for the Instance
The entire run generally takes approximately 30 minutes, with the boss encounter accounting for roughly 15 minutes, assuming we don’t need to reset.
The rooms leading up to the Queen are relatively straightforward, so there’s no reason to waste your best consumables early.
Use your regular hunting gear and basic buffs, such as a Candy Cane, and save your strongest pills for the final encounter.
Recommended Equipment and Consumables
-
God Save the Queen mission active and ready.
-
Strong combat pills, with approximately 15 mg buffs available for the boss encounter.
-
Around 20 MediStims for your own use, preferably 15 mg.
-
The highest-level Restoration Chip you can use.
-
Arsonistic and/or Electrocution Chips, if available.
-
Spina Anti-Venom Shot, obtained from the Spina Cave mission.
-
Your regular hunting equipment for the preliminary rooms.
Important: Spina Anti-Venom Shot
The Anti-Venom Shot isn’t activated through your usual quick-use keybinds.
You’ll need to right-click the item in your inventory and select Use.
Do not activate it until instructed during the encounter. Timing matters.
Armor
I’ll provide a full AP-66 Acid armor set for the run.
You don’t need to own this armor, but you’ll be responsible for its decay during the encounter.
3. How the Spina Queen Fight Works
This is not a fight where you can simply stand still, hold F, and expect the team to do everything for you.
Your contribution matters, especially during the add-management phase.
Here’s what to expect:
Phase 1: Opening Damage
At the beginning of the encounter, everyone attacks the Spina Queen.
For the first minute or two, you’ll be shooting the boss together with the rest of the team.
Phase 2: Larva Control
After approximately one or two minutes, the Queen starts spawning larvae.
Your primary responsibility is to kill the larvae.
When I call for you to switch to larvae, you must focus on them and continue killing them until instructed otherwise.
Even if the Queen appears to be getting low on HP, do not switch targets on your own.
Keeping the larvae under control is an essential part of making the run successful.
Phase 3: Final Push
At a certain point, I’ll instruct everyone to stop focusing on larvae and switch back to the Queen.
This is when we commit to finishing the encounter.
Everyone uses MediStims, focuses the Queen, and pushes for the kill.
From this point onward, we ignore the larvae and concentrate on defeating the boss.
What Happens if Things Go Wrong?
Sometimes the encounter doesn’t go according to plan.
Server lag, RNG, unexpected deaths, or other complications can make the fight considerably more difficult.
If we determine that we’re in a bad position, we may call for a wipe, meaning everyone dies intentionally so we can reset the boss room and attempt it again.
This is part of the process and shouldn’t be considered a failure of the run.
Our objective is to complete the encounter successfully, even if that requires multiple attempts.
4. Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum HP requirement?
There is no strict HP threshold.
Your ability to move, react, follow instructions, and stay alive matters more than your HP alone.
We’ve had participants with approximately 250 HP complete the encounter, while some considerably higher-HP avatars would struggle with the required mechanics.
Will I have to fight?
Yes. You’ll participate in the opening damage phase and, most importantly, handle larvae during the middle phase.
Our team will handle the more demanding parts of the encounter, but you must follow instructions and contribute.
How long does a run take?
Plan for approximately 30 minutes, assuming things go smoothly. The Queen encounter itself usually takes around 15 minutes.
If we need to reset the boss room, the run can take longer.
Do I need my own Acid armor?
No. I’ll lend you a full AP-66 Acid set. You only pay for the decay incurred during your run.
Is the service free?
There is no PED service fee.
However, you must provide the entry item, contribute 150 MediStims to support the team, and cover the armor decay. Your own equipment and consumables are also your responsibility.
What happens if we loot an unlimited item?
Any UL item looted during the run is shared among everyone on the team, including the participant we’re helping.
What if we don’t succeed on the first attempt?
We’ll reassess and retry when appropriate. Some runs are smooth, while others require adjustments or resets.
5. Watch Our Runs
We’ve been running this instance since its introduction and were among the players who completed it on the first day.
You can see the mechanics, our approach, and what participating in a run looks like in the following videos.

Not every run is equally smooth, but that’s part of what makes this encounter interesting.
6. Ready to Get Your Regicide Coat?
The reward for completing the final mission is the Regicide Coat, a powerful coat with slightly better stats than the Mayhem Coat, which costs 50,000 M Tokens and 1 Rare Token.
If you have the entry item and are ready to take on the Queen, contact me on Discord.
We’ll discuss your preparation, answer any questions, and coordinate a run with the team.
You bring the entry item, follow the strategy, and we’ll bring the experience and firepower.
