Yesterday I almost blew up my kitchen; I have no idea what I was thinking, perhaps I thought I could actually be the first to mix water & oil in a hot pot?
Oh well, anyways I mixed oil & water in a hot “sauce pot.”
DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME KIDS…
Dear Dairy, memo to me, DO NOT Mix hot oil & water in the same pot, not even while stirring, I learned my lesson as my chest and half-naked body was covered in oil, also my kitchen had a new coating all over, now I won’t have to use the finish for next season’s egg boiling
