Nice Caly Apartment!

Seems like the item points in the new Calypso apartments by Port Atlantis Mall are not too shabby. They are pretty dark, but once you start throwing in items that have some light or lighting effects on them it’s not that bad.

one thing to be wary of though is that the tomtebloss are now buggy because if you put them in to a vehicle or storage box they cannot come back out til Support gives you an invisible hand to fix it. In the past the selector box thing let you pull em back out but seems that does not work any more.

also, a couple of other things noticed vs how apartments used to work… the cannot drop or place items below one pec is annoying. Visiting another avatar’s apartment it seems like pet food value may be affected by that rule too… so most pets cannot be placed unless they are fed, I think (not confirmed, but seems like that may be the rule since I could not place the non-fed ones, but could some of the rarer fed ones)… really annoying on old items below one pec that have to be repared or cannot be repared (previously old L used up stuff could be put in to apartments, but no longer)… the guest list thing DOES work and you can visit other avatar’s apartments if you have added them to gues list, which is nice since initially I suspected these were like solo instances, which they are not… in theory because of this you should be able to put shopkeepers in the new free apartments and sell only to your society mate or griends you’ve added to guest list I think (not confirmed, but it should work in theory). Also, a bit annoying is you cannot ‘place’ an item when estate reaches max capacity on items… in the past you could ‘place’ after that to move things around and nudge them here and there to get to correct location you wanted… no longer… now you have to pick up at least one item to make that work again.

If you cannot place items below 1 pec, how did you place the x-mas ffa stars? you have 1000s of them worth more than 1 pec?

Yep.
