Thanks for reply. Have been back in multiple times and still no sign of the fish. When Frankie gave it to me I did see it briefly, but when I got to Minnie to trade it was gone. Must be a bug. I have logged a support case but no reply yet. Mission status just says “trade fish for ore”
There were a lot of avatars around there at the time maybe system got confused and someone else got my fish ?!! thinking if I abandon the mission , can I start it again ? , since I know what is where etc it would not take long to redo the steps.
Are you certain that you’ve looked in the right inventory tab? I think its in the materials tab. In any case, I checked the logs and it is still there.

Does this mission have anything to do with soul reapers and micminds (Not sure what they are called)? I saw one of Star Mercury vids and he was killing some prowlers and stalkers but there were also a bunch of smaller ones when he first went in.

If you mean any creature he killed inside the new instance then yes, completing all the missions is a requiremente to enter.

I am a bit confused what exactly what is the mission when you first get in the cave ? I thought I said yes but I have nothing in my mission list. I hate being dumb:scratch2:

Ok I think I got it, you have to down further to get the mission on killing Mics then I went further to the soul reapers but couldn’t get across the bridge said “intruder detected” and kill poor old me. So I guess I must finish the mics before I can continue.

The OP has all the coordinates from start to finish. Just follow them in order from 1 to 2 to 3 etc…

There is a pillar at the right location.
Can’t get ingame right now but it’s always the same. Look for some box, little chest, or an NPC with a yellow “!” or “?” on them.
Anyway each mission has a pretty good description, with clues to what you have to do.
I just tagged up by clicking on the statue and got the next check mark. Hope that helps.
Do I need to have the Hologram Key on me every time I go to the deeps or it’s not needed after the first time?
