I know this was happening In week 2 of the new UI so I’m a little late. Reason is if your frames per second drop below 20 it won’t show. Blinks around 19 and shows fine at 22 fps.
I had mine set at 18 because I’m on a laptop that is a bit old so I don’t want it to heat up.
I use Riva Tuner Statistics Server to lower fps if someones interested in not overheating their old comp also the batch file (.bat) code for changing the max your processor % will go to (for windows OS) is:
powercfg.exe -setacvalueindex SCHEME_BALANCED SUB_PROCESSOR PROCTHROTTLEMAX 68
powercfg.exe -setactive SCHEME_CURRENT
