I haven’t been in pvp for a long time and returned there for a while. And the some player killed me for no reason, and after that I was rude to him in a private message.
I think that’s exactly that he was trying to achieve. Because he gave me an ironic answer: “smile for MindArk support”
And after that my account was blocked.
Support responded to me the next day:
Your account was locked for using derogatory terms and slurs, which is something you are always given a temporary lock for.
Your account will be unlocked upon stating to us that you understand that using such language is not acceptable.
But I apologized for the negative statement, and just I want to ask what else prevents my account from being unlocked?
There was no same gatekeeping over my opponents.
I have made deposits, but not many, because I didn’t feel like it was safe enough. And then it happened.
Well, it’s really sad.
Based on the support reply " Your account will be unlocked upon stating to us that you understand that using such language is not acceptable." i think you should reply back and tell them you understood that using such language is not acceptable. This probably will unlock you.

Since when does mindark care for kid stuff like this? theres insults flying left and right in the game. especially in space with pirates but ive never seen anyone actually get banned for it. did mindark go soft now, too?
They may have to do some minimal degree of intervention to comply with hate speech laws from countries without free speech protections. The TC described his words as “rude,” but the support case described them as “derogatory terms and slurs.”
That person from support should spend 10 min on the rookie chat sometimes. The rest of that day they’ll be spending curled into a ball in a corner, weeping from every orifice.
