Movement

Hi,

I downloaded and installed PE last night and had a quick go (I even managed to get 7 sweat!!!).

The game looks very interesting but the movement system is driving me nuts :eek: Is there an easy way to set up movement? At the moment I can move forwards/backwards and strife left/right. I want to move forwards and left/right (not strife) but I cannot seem to do this using just keys. I know you can run forward and move left/right by holding both mouse buttons down but this isn’t quite what I am looking for. I am sure I am overlooking something quite basic but it is taking all the fun out of this game at the moment.

Any help would be greatly appriciated :slight_smile:

Are you in cursor mode?

Press spacebar so you change mode to aim/shoot mode and you can steer with mouse.

This is how most of us run our controls… well setting it up the same as it originally was when the game was first launched.
To get to this screen press O.
