To give another perspective I sold an imp hedoc for +10k like a month ago. Those 11-13k prices sounds bit crazy, 15k fair market price imo.
Another thing to consider is - find the price you’re willing to let it go for and try to have the patience to sell at that price, if u have lower patience lower price a bit more until someone takes it. If you’re buying it’s same principle, find a price u can justify (live with) if nobody selling that low, raise a bit more until someone willing to sell it.
