you refine 1 bottle of sweat with 1 force nexus in an enmatter refiner to make 1 mind essence. You can of course put more than 1 of each ingredient in the refiner at one time.
ME sells between 190 and 200 percent right now - anyway that is what I have been able to buy it at recently. The cost of your force nexus, sweat and decay on the refiner will determine how much you make when selling it.
