As i see it, the biggest problem with LA-s is that they are completely separate with no actual connection with rest of gameplay. Just a land areas with mutated mobs. No unique loot, no unique materials needed for crafting, nada. You can go there but if you don`t, nothing changes. You get same stuff everywhere. MA would not lose a penny for creating a reason to go there. And quite a few people here in forum can creat scenarios and ideas.

My last mayhem I participated in (I donât count those 12 past months) we got points. Gathering points would give rewards (like annihilation now) and those who wanted to could go crazy and compete for the big prizes which were given out bases on some average score over time.
There is no UL in vendor and will never be again so the stars wouldnât have value for that reason.
Why should we do handouts for people who already have LAs?
Just remove tax and do a revenue split, problem fixed but drop a new continent with fresh land areas to keep prices reasonable.
Its a smart way to get rid of all the cheap tolens cretaes during RM, sucks for everyone else that tried to hunt their way up to the weapon they wantedâŚ

at best all 3 land areas will bring at most combined 10 ped/day.

So what should they give instead?
imagine putting forth the effort to breathe much-needed life into player housing, and not even take the time to retexture these abominations, and give them some eye appeal. The textures are embarrassingly bad and will not be doing anything to interest new players. Allowing us to buy them with mayhem tokens is an awesome idea, but you could have at least touched up their looks. I would gladly buy one with tokens if they were not so horridly ugly.

Issue here is no one is screaming for justice for compet buyers, bank owners, stable owners, mall owners or shop owners. They are just asking for stuff because they themselves or their friend owns them. Everyone too greedy to host events or lower taxes to make LAs interesting.
Revenue split would work great but would need the addition of more land areas.
I am sure any old dev would know that.Unfortunately I canât suggest what they should do because they never take advices from people outside sweating circle.

Yes, and we all know how plentyfull refills are. But maybe this time MA will suprise us all and set all exceptionals to an amount they wonât ever run out, as it should be.
to be honest- it will be disaster for sure. I donât think they can even make it good. I wonder why for so long time there is no skill pills in vendor- there are still items there- guess not worth having.
