Reason I ask is, I assumed it was, I have a 103 amp and it doesn’t seem to be burning the extra cell? I can’t tell if the dmg is getting there as my skill doesn’t get me much over the 100 mark alot (I get 118’s every now and then and i’ve had a critical of 250 ish)
Cheers for any info, the wiki charts seem to think that the foxtrot is ampable as it doesn’t list my v1 when matched with an amp so i figure they have taken compatibility into account.
If the amp attaches to the gun then its ampable, if you are not getting the extra ammo burn then i would suggest something is bugged.
Mind you with the ammo burn these things have got ( I have the ME version) its kind of hard to tell if its using it anyway
Remember though that due to lag you may not always show the correct number of cells left, best way I can think of would be to take a certain number of shots, say 50, then work out how many cells you should have used then relog and ss if you have the correct amount left.
Yes the marbers are ampable, i think the lichters are too.
You must attatch the amp to the gun to use the amp.
Sometimes especially if you just got the amp, like form auction or something you may have to put it in storage and relog before you can successfully attatch it.
Once attatched the additional minimum and max damage should be listed on the info screen for the weapon as well as the additional ammo burn
The ravenger series of mini guns (v1, v2, ad-v1) and the mini cannons however are not ampable, nor can you put a scope on them.
I think there may be a couple of other guns you cant put an attatchement on but other than that small handfull of weapons the rest can all be amped or have lasers/scopes
Thanks for that Kay-T, I knew my V1 wasn’t ampable, but couldn’t figure out why the amp effect wasn’t being seen on my foxtrot!!! My own dumb-ass fault for not asking more than one person in game about amp!
So, please make me understand…
You have a Foxtrot, and you also have V1, and you just found out that you have to drop an amp on the weapon instead keeping it in your inventory?
Definately, that’s the joke of the day!!!
Btw, do you know what is a Jester, Opalo, or Mannn Mph?
