This is weird … I don’t know how to start. A man with a pistol hold a guard at the Dutch Television Studio hostage. The man is arrested by the police.

This evening I was at my parents to watch a show called “Wie is de Mol” and before that we would watch the “8 Uur Journaal (8 O’clock News)”. That started with a screen displaying “One moment please”. The Dutch television is broadcasted from Hilversum and there, in the building of the NOS (studio that broadcasts the News) it happened. Later they could broadcast from Den Haag what happened in Hilversum. The showed a video of the man (also in the links) and he says:
Hij zei onder anderen “het zijn hele grote wereldzaken die we naar buiten willen brengen” en “we zijn ingehuurd door inlichtingendiensten. Daar hebben wij dingen gehoord die de samenleving in twijfel trekken”.
He said “these are very big worldwide matters that we want to expose” and “we are hired by security agencies. We have heard things what will doubt the believe in society.”

He wanted 10 minutes of broadcast time. He also talks about (nuclear) bombs being hidden in key positions in the Netherlands. Last he claims to be backed by a group of hackers that is ready for a cyberattack (on what?)
I’m sure before long you see it on your own news senders & news sites as well … I just wanted to get this off my chest. Things often don’t affect me that much, I dunno but this one does.
