I’m a relatively new player. I’ve gotten my feet wet at this point and know a few of the basics. Swunting, Dailies, Codex, I can even make a ‘profit’ while hunting if I manage to pay enough attention. So I’m not looking for a group to hold my hand and walk me through everything. I will have questions though! So much detail and intricacies in this game. I love it.
One keynote though. I’m trying to see if I can do this F2P. This option will change in the future, I’m sure, but for now I don’t mind the grind involved, even if it means I’m swunting for 3 hours or mining for 8. I’m not looking to ‘make it big’ here. But I do want to make a name for myself, hopefully in the good way.

Only bad thing I have to say about Entropia Universe is that I wish there were more ‘affordable’ weapons for a newbie. But that’s probably just me being green and there are some somewhere out.
This is blaspfemy for some people, there are players lurking around for 20 years that think profiting in this game is a lie, so you made it already far in the game.

Try some societies out. They should be free to join and leave if not your right mix of folk. Reality is societies are full of all types. Like any community. Probably helps to pick a society in your time zone and language too. More chance of like minded folk to be online. Ideally in an active society there are all trades and you can help each other. I’ve bought and sold lots of items with soc mates.
