im going to level up i the handgun skill and i need informaiton about a effective and the most economical strategy. it would be super if someone have information.

mann mph, then just add amps to it (a101 → a106) as you get more skilled

Theres a problem
The problem is that economic and effective dont go to well together when skilling..
If you skill with a Mann MPH itll be economic, but with a less economic gun it could be faster.
But if you want to go for the MPH tactic, id suggest S of fort troy, or the areas around port atlantis.
When those mobs get too small, youve prolly found places with better mobs
isee tiger …well lets say i want to gain as much skills (dont mind the time played) as possible as cheap as possible then mann mph is good to start with?
