TLDR : I completed Setesh quests, left and came back but can’t leave again. How do I go back to Calypso ?
So, I started the game a few days ago. I completed the Setesh quests and moved to Calypso by talking to that one dude in Port Cabrakan. I completed the the Half Moon Bay quests. Then I realised my storage did not have the items I put there on Setesh. So I took the VTOL in Camp Icarus to go back to Setesh, retrieved my items in the storage and went to talk to that one dude again. Turns out he doesn’t offer me the option to leave any more.
I ran around to try to find a VTOL or NPC to send me away, but no success. I assume I’m missing something obvious but I couldn’t find it.

I teleported to Setesh Space Station, main hangar. There I Calpyso appeared in the dropdown, but no teleporter would show (I did unlock a handful of them on Calypso when I was there though).
When I selected Calpyso, space station, there was a “main hangar” teleporter there, but it required 10 teleportation tokens, which I, of course, do not have (and do not where to find).
Not that simple, sadly. As I mentioned, it requires some “10 teleportation tokens”, which I could not find the the trade terminal (and I’m not sure I could afford them if I found them).
This is an interesting one: someone who uses the npc, doesn’t realise storage will be left behind, takes the VTOL from Caly to retrieve storage (so no own space vehicle), and now doesn’t know how to get off Setesh the second time!
Having to pay 10 tokens (available on auctions) would be expensive for a beginner. Other options are to buy your own sleip or quad (potentially thruster, but apparently not if you can get to the space station for free - dropping to Caly from Caly SS is free too) - or get a ride with someone.
HOWEVER: your inventory will probably now also have lootable stuff that can be stolen in space… so look into that before you do anything - and maybe tt the things that are lootable so you just take a pedcard value to Caly instead of lootables! It may be that Setesh-Caly route is non-lootable, but I’ve not checked where Setesh even is (online maps or actually going to whatever space area and getting it to appear).
Your weapons, armour etc are not lootable, so you can keep items like those…
EDIT: ahh, the skip tutorial npc/terminal takes you straight to Caly - with any lootables? OK, didn’t know that…

And:

Thanks mate - what a dum problem - I guess this is what the skills based means eh? I can’t help thinking they should have a LOGIN Skills tree with rage reduction contribution ability and a count for login times and rage quits! How bizarre!
I had the same problem. Enter the building with all the devices (trade terminals, construction, storage). The building is opposite the Cabrakan teleporter. The red device is the one that will take you to Calypso; it’s at the back. A window will open asking if you want to leave; click Yes.
If you’re stuck at the space station, I was stuck there too. In the chat, copy/paste this —> [Setesh, 67634, 68354, 299, skip] and click on it.
This will open Setesh’s map; then click on any teleporter (blue dot) to teleport you there.
