EXACTLY ONE MONTH FROM NOW (As I am posting on the 7th of August).
The Gas and Go-Go-Go Event is back! When? Labor Day (Monday, September 7th) 20:00 Server (3pm Central, 4pm Eastern)! Where? We will gather at 19:00 Server on Rocktropia at the Newbs TP! Get your warps beforehand, if you can, or otherwise travel to RT. We will need at least one SNIPER. The Sniper will have 100 PED of ammo covered (let me know if you prefer weapon cells or BLP ammo) and you will need to find a “crow’s nest” or two and stay there, shooting at whomever you see below you. The SNIPER is a vital part of the excitement of this event!
If you wish to be a healer, I can cover your decay costs.
If you are just a normal participant, all you need to focus on is gathering oil.
At the end of the event, trade me the oil you found for FABULOUS PRIZES!
Tentative cost of each prize is as follows:
15 (units of) Crude Oil = RK-0 Repair tool and 10k welding wire
25 Crude Oil = Portable Trade Terminal (very handy thing to have)
50 Crude Oil = Portable Repair Unit (also very nice to have)
75 Crude Oil = Strider (Vehicle from Next Island that can climb up sheer cliffs and rough terrain)
You can get any number of prizes with your oil but are limited to 1 of each prize.
I will be bringing several of each prize, so hopefully we will not run out, but if we do, I will get you that prize at a later time.
