What is this!?! I found it looking in the Jason Center Building. Its on the first floor. Looks like a shop to me . 
Does anyone know how long its been there or if its something to come? 
What do you think?

Yes I have seen it before too. I don’t know what its intended use will be at the moment. MA will probably unlock it at a later date.
Though it looks like a store to me.
It’s the Slashteiner (or something like that) and it’s a bar that you can currently find in the space station “Crystal palace”.
This will eventually be a bar, or somehting. There is another like it in th eRDI building in Port Atlantis.
There may also be officies in that building in the future where the other dores are on the other floors.
An example of the type of offices that might be there someday can also be found in the RDI building (one floor up from the bar).
These 2 buildings have been there a while, but only recently have they been modified to have these new spaces.

kinda what i thougt, i was hoping there were gunna be apartments in the city’s 
I could imagine the real estate market for those (when apts. become more usefull)

Check out the same kind of building in PA and you can see how the rooms without glass doors look to
And its been there since they updated PA (7.7)
